I have started my career as a public relations and marketing officer and translator and worked with international organizations all over the world. After the births of my two children I gained the CELTA and SVEB1, both recognized qualifications for teaching English as a second language to adults.
In the past I have been teaching in English in schools, companies and coaching small groups and individuals. Now I teach in-company and coach groups and individuals. The most challenging and rewarding part of my job is to get closely involved with the different needs of my students, to share and focus on student real-life needs and opportunities.
Seit über 20 Jahren unterrichte ich Englisch an verschiedenen Bildungsinstitutionen in den Bereichen Handel, KV, gymnasiale Matur und Berufsmaturität sowie Business English in internationalen Unternehmen verschiedener Branchen im Raum Zürich, Thurgau und Schaffhausen.
Als Mitglied von ETAS (English Teachers Association Switzerland) und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem University of Cambridge Examinations Centre in Winterthur besuche ich regelmässig Workshops und Seminare um beruflich auf dem neuesten Stand zu bleiben.
